Tips for filling out the Proxy Form

  1. If you or anyone from your school board is unable to be present at the CESBA 2026 AGM, you may complete the online proxy form and appoint Lisa Hickman, Chair of the CESBA Board of Directors, as your proxy holder.
  2. Each Board is entitled to one vote at the CESBA Annual General Meeting.
  3. Once you have completed and submitted the proxy form, you will see a confirmation notice that your vote was received.

  4. Approve the new nominee to the CESBA Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 year
