Hosted on November 15 and 17, 2016.
Presented by Community Literacy of Ontario and CESBA, this informative webinar aimed to improve understanding of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) and how they can be used to support effective intake and referrals for ESL learners in LBS programs. Participants will also gain an increased awareness of how the CLB relates to workplace communication demands and of resources that support ESL learners’ communication skills.
This webinar series is open to all PLAR Assessors who wish to walk through a Case Study with a seasoned PLAR Assessor.

This webinar, on February 2, provided an overview of the material presented and resources shared at the CESBA Enrolment Reporting Initiative Workshop held on January 19, 2016. It was intended for people who were unable to attend the workshop, andwho wanted a refresher or chance to ask additional questions. The material was presented by Ministry of Education personnel and members of the CESBA ERI Committee.
